Regular Meetings
Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees conducts regular business of the township including approving expenditures, setting policy, and addressing resident concerns.
Quarterly Finance Review
2nd Tuesday of each quarter6:30 PMTownship Hall
Quarterly review of township finances held immediately before the regular Board of Trustees meeting.
Zoning Commission
3rd Thursday (as needed)7:00 PMTownship Hall
Reviews zoning applications, conditional use permits, and proposed changes to the zoning resolution. Meets as needed when there are applications to review.
Board of Zoning Appeals
As needed7:00 PMTownship Hall
Hears appeals of zoning decisions and requests for variances from the zoning resolution.
2026 Special Schedule Notes
Adjustments to the regular meeting schedule for 2026.
- The July 14th meeting will begin at 6:30 PM for the budget meeting.
- The December 22nd meeting will be moved to December 30th at 7:00 PM.
Public Participation
All township meetings are open to the public. Residents are encouraged to attend and participate in local government.
- Meetings are held at the Township Hall, 1219 OH-183, Atwater
- Public comment periods are provided at each meeting
- Agendas are posted prior to meetings when available
- Minutes are approved and available after each meeting
